Secure Payment
Completing your payment initializes your clinical file and secures your spot in our provider queue. Your transaction is processed over an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant connection.

Clinical Intake
Immediately after payment, you'll complete your medical history forms — either on-screen or via a link sent to your email. This is where you share the clinical details your provider needs to evaluate your case.

Provider Review
Once your forms are submitted, a licensed provider reviews your complete medical chart to ensure safe and appropriate care. If treatment is indicated, your prescription is sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.

Medical Evaluation Fee Policy
Consistent with standard telehealth practice, a provider evaluation fee is retained when a licensed clinician reviews your intake — regardless of whether a prescription is issued.
- Orders of $100 or more — $85.00 evaluation fee retained
- Orders under $100 — $35.00 evaluation fee retained
- Remaining balance refunded if treatment not indicated
Refund Policy: Direct Wellness Now retains a Medical Evaluation Fee to compensate licensed providers for the clinical time spent reviewing your health intake. This fee applies regardless of the treatment outcome. For full terms, please review our complete Refund Policy. Fees are non-refundable once your evaluation has been reviewed by a provider.
